Welcome friends from all over the world to 2827 in Dallas; hope you have a good time here. Please read the following instructions carefully before checking in and abide by these regulations to ensure that you and other guests can enjoy a comfortable and safe accommodation environment.
1. Check-in and check-out time: Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 11 am. (Please hang the door lock on the door when checking out) The temporary password and precautions for the main door will be sent to you on the day of check-in; you have booked a separate room and will meet other guests, don’t worry; please take off your shoes or use shoe covers when entering the house; if you have special needs, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to assist you.
2. About house safety: Use the electrical appliances, equipment and public facilities in the house during your stay; please make sure to lock the doors and windows when you leave the house; please turn off the lights, doors, water, and save energy; please follow the instructions for safe operation and return them to their original place after use. To avoid wasting resources and safety hazards.
3. Noise and neighbors: The neighbor’s dog barks occasionally, please don’t mind. Please respect the peace of neighbors and other residents and avoid making noise after 9 pm. Please do not hold parties or large gatherings to avoid affecting other residents. Please dress appropriately in public areas and do not expose yourself. 2827 prohibits smoking, alcoholism, drug use, marijuana, and all other illegal acts; if you need to smoke, please go to the designated outdoor area in the garden and throw the cigarette butts into the trash can after use. Warm reminder that we have installed a 24-hour video camera system in the public area;
4. About pets: 2827’s current house does not accept pets, but if you have special needs, please let us know in advance, we will consider whether to accept pets, and may charge an additional fee.
5: Public area use management; the living room, dining room, laundry room, and bathroom on the first floor; the living room and bathroom on the second floor are all public areas; TVs, microwave ovens, refrigerators, washing machines, coffee machines, stoves, pots, dishes, etc. are also public and free. After use, please clean them and place them in the designated area; the refrigerator is for public use, please do not steal other people’s food. Thank you for your cooperation;
6: Please be sure to eat in the restaurant on the first floor 🍴; please do not eat in the living room or room on the second floor. Please immediately clean the disposable lunch box into the large garbage can in the kitchen after eating. The city will collect garbage every Monday morning;
7: 2827 will provide: sheets, four pillows, blankets in summer and quilts in winter; long-term guests please bring your own daily necessities (slippers, laundry detergent, mineral water, bathrobes, etc.) and put them in your room after use to avoid loss. Public bath towels are placed in the designated laundry box in the bathroom.
8: About laundry service: Due to the frequent improper operation of the washing machine, 2827 currently provides laundry service only to customers who have lived for more than 7 days; long-term customers can provide free laundry service twice a week in summer; free laundry is provided once a week in winter; if temporary customers need laundry service, an additional fee of US$15 will be charged; please bring your own laundry detergent; the laundry service working hours are from 9 am to 8 pm. Please bring your own laundry detergent to reduce skin allergies. If there is any problem, you will bear it yourself. (The laundry room password is provided separately)
9: Public kitchen use: Please bring your own food and seasonings, turn off the oven and all electrical equipment after use, clean up, and put the items back in place;
10: About parking: Currently, parking is free at 2827. There are 3-4 free parking spaces at the backyard entrance (first come, first served basis, just park by the backyard fence on the left). Park at the front yard entrance of 2827. Please do not park in front of other neighbors to avoid unnecessary impact;

12: About the surrounding environment: It is only 5 minutes away from Highway 77 and 35 E, and only 5 minutes away from Dallas; 20 minutes away from the city center, and 5 minutes away from Walmart and major supermarket chains for shopping and life;
13: Breach of contract and compensation: If you cause damage or lose items in the house, you may be required to bear the corresponding compensation liability. Please keep the door of your room open at any time during your stay; please take good care of our house and other property, as well as other items provided for your use.
